Pretty, Easy Crocheted Hair Clips
There’s no school today. Hurrah (?)
I am of the opinion that parents should be graded too, after all, the success of a child’s first years of schooling depends in most part on the parents’ performance. Have you ever tried to get a 5 year old to get up on their own and make their own breakfast and go to school all on their own? (don’t try, it doesn’t work). Where’s my A, darnit?!
These are some hair clips I made for my daughter that take just a little time and a few yards of thread, and made while watching the a House Marathon.
These were made in a similar way as this crocheted brooch I made with the same thread. The clips were some old ones that I re-covered with pink fabric and glued with silicone glue. The center are two ladybug buttons I had in my collection.
This set matched a knitted blouse and dress I had made for her.
